Matters Arising:
1. The body agreed to register the association of BUHS Class ’78 instead of registering is as a foundation and making the seven (7) class officers and eight (8) Board of Trustees previously elected as incorporators of the association in as much as fifteen (15) is required.
2. In view of the incumbent treasurer’s migration to USA, Ofelia Gregorio-Miraflor was elected as new treasurer.
3. The vice presidents were likewise elected, d’Jalma Apuyan’s vice presidency for Bicol reaffirmed and another one for Manila-based class members in the person of Ms. Cecille Quiñones.
4. Mr. Francis Alaurin was given fresh mandate to serve as President for another year before the Silver Jubilee celebration wherein next election shall be conducted specifying term of office of president by that time.
5. Different committees were formed to oversee the plans and programs for the 25th year/Silver Jubilee affair was decided to be held at BULT, whole day affair on Black Saturday next year 2003.
